DeadOSINT is provided strictly for personal security analysis, threat intelligence gathering on one's own assets, and defensive cybersecurity auditing. The platform aggregates public open-source intelligence (OSINT) and known breach data to help individuals and organizations identify their own security exposures.
2. Prohibited Uses
By accessing DeadOSINT, you explicitly agree that you will NOT:
- Use this tool for offensive penetration testing, unauthorized intrusion, or exploitation of third-party systems.
- Query or harvest data belonging to individuals or entities without their explicit, documented consent.
- Utilize findings for harassment, doxxing, stalking, or any form of malicious social engineering.
- Integrate this tool into automated attacks or cyber-espionage campaigns.
3. Legal Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of DeadOSINT complies with all applicable local and international laws and data-protection frameworks in their own jurisdiction. In particular:
- GDPR & equivalent regimes: Users operating within or targeting jurisdictions covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (or any analogous data-protection regime) must adhere to it. Searching for third-party PII without a lawful basis is prohibited.
- Local statutes: Users are independently responsible for verifying that their queries comply with the personal-data-protection laws applicable to them.
DeadOSINT acts merely as a search engine for publicly indexed or previously breached data and does not host, steal, or distribute original confidential material.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The information provided by DeadOSINT is "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data retrieved. Under no circumstances shall DeadOSINT, its operators, or its affiliates be held liable for any damages, legal repercussions, or losses arising from your use of this service.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns (while respecting user privacy) to detect abuse. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access and, if necessary, reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies.
